- The Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic offers pro bono business legal services to people across the Commonwealth. Services range from choice-of-entity and formation work to document drafting and review. Separately, PSU also has an Intellectual Property Clinic that assists with copyrights, trademarks, and patents. The mission of both clinics is to assist those who otherwise would not have access to legal services.
