Penn State Lehigh Valley (PSU-LV) LaunchBox recently hosted two screenings of “Show Her the Money,” a documentary that sheds light on how venture capital funding works and the disparity between male and female entrepreneurs when it comes to venture capital and startup funding. The screenings were co-sponsored by Changemaker, a nonprofit that empowers women entrepreneurs through education, technical and professional support, and grants. LaunchBox Client wins Start Up Lehigh Valley Competition

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — A sweet dessert infused with tropical flavors took home the top prize in the 6th Annual Start Up Lehigh Valley pitch competition held on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Baker Hall, Zoellner Arts Center in Bethlehem. CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Teens with an eye toward starting and managing their own businesses learned the basics of what it takes to be an entrepreneur at Penn State Lehigh Valley’s (PSU-LV) annual Teen Entrepreneur Challenge (TEC), held July 28 to Aug. 3.
